  • At Sage & Oak, we understand that sometimes life gets busy. However, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.


    Cancellations Procedure:

    1. Online Booking: If you’ve booked your appointment online, you can cancel or reschedule by logging into your account.

    2. Phone Call: You can also call us directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment.


    Late Cancellations or No-Shows:

    • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost, whichever is greater.

    • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the service cost.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, we’re happy to accommodate you. Please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

    1. Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in.

    2. Bring Your Kids: While we adore children, for the comfort and safety of all our guests and the quality of our services, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 unless they have an appointment.

    3. Noise Level: To maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, please keep noise levels to a minimum.

    4. Payment: We accept cash and credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

    1. We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

    2. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

    3. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

    4. Please bring your original receipt for all returns.
