A typical day off for Dahylin is spending time at the lake with her family or curled up watching reality TV with her pups.

Even though our salon AC is on and it’s a gorgeous 70 outside. This is proof a blowout is an underrated workout.

Anyone else just want to sit on a stool or the floor after a long day?!

Over here at Sage&Oak we take any opportunity to have a team building/bonding moment & to celebrate each other -

Photo shoots are probably our favorite way to make time for team building & celebration. It’s also a way for the salon to show up & support each stylists.

Photo shoots are packed with a lot of different emotions. Some are excited, come with different outfits & props, full of energy & ready to go!

Some are stressed and always feel underprepared.

Others, it’s just straight out of their comfort zone. The beautiful thing, it’s always a great time!
